I ordered the wrong filter and call about it .No help with this issue.No refund is a Option for me because being filter but this package is seal and not open.Well I will not being order from this company again maybe company policy can be looked at in case where the package is still sealed..

I've used the 03 pure HEPA filter air purification system for 3 years. I live in the south where mold is a big issue. I have never had a problem with mold. My air smells clean & fresh!

Had this for many weeks now. Been running 24 7. And we Cant tell the difference in the air from before we had it to now.
Still up in the air as to if it was worth the money.
