Mark Anzalone I am very happy with the quality of your O3 Pure machine. It works very well and truly freshens the air especially from lingering food smells.
However, I was very disappointed that we tried to be very careful to order a replacement part for our filter but the wrong piece was sent. It is too big and will not fit our filter. I’m not quite sure what happened but thank you are asking.
