We had another brand for a while that didn't last very long. Choose to replace it with this one because it has a 3 year warranty, and an option to order parts and repair when necessary. Looking forward to a long relationship!

This devices really help keeping a clean air, with no odors even in small restrooms, I use mines combined with ambient sticks and the smell in the rooms is very nice.

Our first Laundry Pure lasted about 15 years. Used minimal detergent and clothes came out clean and fluffy. When it died, my clothes were stiff and not so clean, and I tried different brands of detergent. So glad to buy the new model O3 PURE! So very similar, and now can get a burst of ozone if needed. Sometimes I use a little detergent to pretreat stains, but usually not. I’ve saved on detergent and softener. It’s environmentally friendly, and less product goes down the drain. So easy to install and works great! Totally recommend!

It’s still new but seems to be working perfectly. And was easy to install and hook up.
